Dental laboratory platform: order designs, receive clinic orders
DentMesher is a dental laboratory platform where your laboratory works in two directions: you order digital dental designs, and you receive clinics’ production orders through the DENTMESHER HUB digital laboratory network. The design is checked by an independent expert dentist before it is presented to you; production takes place in your laboratory.
Opening an account is free. Laboratories open an account using the clinic and laboratory registration form. For clinic production orders and the Job Pool, your laboratory must use DENTMESHER HUB.
Two-way digital workflow for dental laboratories
A laboratory’s digital work flows in two directions: outsourced designs and production orders coming from clinics. On the design side, you are the one placing the order; on the production side, you are the one receiving the job. The two flows run separately from each other, and each job is tracked in its own order.
You order designs
When your CAD capacity is not enough or you want to outsource a job, you order the digital design from a designer through DentMesher. Your laboratory uses the same workflow that clinics use.
You receive production jobs
Using DENTMESHER HUB, your laboratory receives production orders from the clinics it is connected to and also bids on the jobs that clinics post to the Job Pool.

When you open an order, you enter the indication, material, jaw, tooth numbers and deadline, and upload the scan files. Besides STL, PLY, OBJ, DCM, 3DS and STEP files, exocad HTML scenes are also accepted.
Your order is opened to designers. You can see the designers’ bids and choose one; if you do not choose, the job is assigned by the system. Designer accounts take on jobs after approval by the administration.
Before the design is presented to you, it is reviewed by an independent expert dentist. The expert verifies the indication, material and number of teeth or jaws, and sends the job back for revision, approves it conditionally or presents it to you.
- Dr. Mesh 3D report. Puts the design’s measurements in front of the expert: wall thickness, occlusal clearance, occlusal contacts with the antagonist, seating on the die and path of insertion. The measurement is for information only; the decision rests with a human.
- 3D review. You rotate and review the design in the browser or in the Android app; you request a revision by placing marks on the design.
- Separate revision rounds. Rounds do not get mixed up: each round’s files, duration and reason are kept separately.
- Approval stamp. The indication, material and tooth or jaw information verified by the expert appear on the order screen with the DentMesher approval stamp.
Correspondence about the order runs through in-order messaging; the sender appears with their identity code. Updates reach you through in-app notifications and email alerts in Turkish, English, German or French. You can get your order lists as PDF.

Digital laboratory network: receive production orders directly from clinics
Clinics on DentMesher connect with laboratories that use DENTMESHER HUB. The connection is mutual: the clinic accepts the invitation sent by your laboratory on its own screen. From then on, the clinic sends the production order to your laboratory through the Production path on the New Order screen.
When opening the order, the clinic selects from your laboratory’s procedure list and adds the shade, quantity, requested delivery date and notes. You update the stage; the clinic tracks the job in the same list as its design orders and receives a notification every time the stage changes.
Order received
The production order from the clinic reaches your laboratory; the clinic sees that the job has been opened at the laboratory.
Design
The job’s design stage at the laboratory. The clinic follows on its own screen that the job is at this step.
Milling/Casting
The part is milled or cast.
Finishing
The part is finished and fitted.
Ceramic/Furnace
The ceramic layering and firing stage.
Delivered
The job is delivered to the clinic and appears as delivered in the order.
DentMesher carries this information to the clinic’s order screen; the clinic sees where the job is without asking by phone.
Laboratory job pool: bid on production jobs posted by clinics
A clinic can post a production job to the Job Pool without identifying the patient or clinic; this is also how clinics that do not yet have a connected laboratory get their jobs to laboratories. Laboratories that use DENTMESHER HUB see these jobs and bid on them; the clinic makes the choice.
- The clinic describes the job. It enters the category and the job description, and adds the quantity, shade, requested delivery date and notes.
- Laboratories submit bids. A bid includes a unit price and a due date, and you can add a short note if you wish. Until the clinic makes its choice, you can update or withdraw your bid.
- The clinic compares and chooses. It compares the bids received and chooses one; the other bids close as rejected.
- The chosen bid becomes an order. The job goes to the chosen laboratory as an order and from then on is tracked through the same stages as connected-laboratory orders.
A job in the pool does not show the patient name or the clinic name; the laboratory sees the job itself and the city where the clinic is located.
Patient identity is masked by role
In your design orders, the patient name is not shown to the reviewing expert; if you choose to hide the patient name when opening the order on the web, the designer also sees the patient only by number. The parties see each other by identity code, and the mask also applies to PDF output. Your patient records stay in your own account.
The mask is not applied to the content of uploaded files and order notes; do not write the patient name in scans, photos, documents or notes.
On the production side it is different: the patient name is passed on to you when the job arrives at your laboratory as an order; it is not shared at the bidding stage in the Job Pool.

Frequently asked questions from laboratories
How do I register as a laboratory?
You fill in the clinic and laboratory registration form; laboratories use the same account type as clinics. During registration, you read the Privacy Notice (KVKK), accept the Terms of Service and the Clinic/Laboratory Service Agreement, and verify your email address. Opening an account is free. For clinic production orders and the Job Pool, your laboratory also needs to use DENTMESHER HUB.
Can I order designs through DentMesher?
Yes, through the same workflow as clinics. You enter the indication, material, jaw, tooth numbers and deadline, and upload your scan. The design is prepared by the designer who takes on the job; before it is presented to you, it is checked by an independent expert dentist. The decision to approve or request a revision is yours.
How do clinics’ production orders reach my laboratory?
First a connection is set up: your laboratory sends an invitation from DENTMESHER HUB using the invitation code the clinic has shared with you; the clinic accepts the invitation on its own screen. Then the clinic chooses the Production path on the New Order screen, selects the procedure from your laboratory’s procedure list and adds the shade, quantity, requested delivery date and notes; the order arrives at your laboratory in HUB as a job. Scan and design files are not transferred with this order.
What is the Job Pool, and who bids on it?
The Job Pool is the bidding area where clinics open their production jobs to laboratories. Laboratories that use DENTMESHER HUB submit bids with a unit price and due date; until the clinic makes its choice, a bid can be updated or withdrawn. When the clinic selects a bid, the job goes to that laboratory as an order and the other bids close.
Is patient or clinic information visible on a job in the pool?
Not at the bidding stage. The laboratory sees the job’s category, description, quantity, shade, requested delivery date, notes and the clinic’s city; the patient name and clinic name are not shown. When your bid is selected, the job comes to you as an order; the patient name and the clinic’s contact details are shared at that stage.
How does the clinic track production stages?
The laboratory updates the stage in DENTMESHER HUB. The clinic tracks the job on the My Orders screen in the same list as its design orders, from Order received to Delivered, and receives a notification every time the stage changes. If a notification is missed, it can refresh the current status from its own screen.
